Vendors: if you would like to participate in this year's Fire Ant Festival and/or Stage Coach Days Festival please include this information when you email or telephone the office.

Arts, Crafts, Commercial, and Food Vendor Booth Fees: 10 x 10 Arts/Crafts $75.00 10 x 10 Arts/Crafts (under tent) $95.00 10 x 10 Food (non-profit) $65.00 10 x 10 Food (commercial) $125.00

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Booth spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors must purchase enough space to accommodate their concession trailer. Exhibitors must furnish their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Security will be provided both Friday and Saturday nights. Water and 110 Electricity are provided for FOOD VENDORS ONLY. There is a limited number of 220 outlets. All food vendors must comply with the rules and regulations of the Harrison County Health Department. There will be a $25 fee for health inspection and a weekend permit. The Health Inspector will collect this fee as he inspects your booth. All vendors must comply with Fire Marshal Codes. A copy of these guidelines are available at the Chamber of Commerce and will be send you to with your booth confirmations. The Selection Committee will provide a variety of booths and reserves the right to limit the number of booths selling the same time items. Festival memorabilia cannot be sold without prior approval from the Selection Committee. Due to State regulations, ALL BOOTH VENDORS are required to have a current Texas State Tax Permit. (Contact the State Comptrollers Office for more info at 1 -800 - 252-5555). These Permits are to be displayed and customers are to be notified whether sales tax is included in the price of the merchandise being sold. We ask that RV's, campers, and supply trucks not park around the Courthouse Square during the festival. There are several parking lots in the downtown area that you may park or a list of RV Parks is available from the Chamber of Commerce. Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis. PAYMENT of your registration must be in the office in advance of the date of the festival.
